paddy was the loudest on the day in his orange polo, the pair of us squashed into the car for the 150.x db run :D

i won my class with a low 139 i think, cant find the sheet but the cups here :D .

was such a hot day everyone was underperforming. so roll on the next one and i hope i dont need to trim my port with a swiss army knife again! not fun!

sorry lads but im gonna ask a totally :vb_offtop question.....

Does the heat effect the performace of the amps/ subs?

Im guessing as amps get hotter etc.. But is there air coolants systems u use for the subs etc

SPL meters read lower in hot temperatures as hot air is less dense aswell as others things such as vcs heating up a little quicker.

im gonna sound blonde here so does that mean if you put pn your A/C you could in theory get a better reading

In theory yes, but only just. Its like taking something small off your car to increase the power to weight ratio, again in theory it makes sense but how much is difficult to say. I suppose at competition level every little bit helps.

also the heat allows the car to flex more so harder to compress the air inside the car.but main prob has been said the less dense air  .
