hi there , just got info on this show , it is going to be held in macroom on sunday the 16 th , there will be the kicker H2 demo car along with the panasonic demo jeep from the uk. there will be an SPL competion run by the lads from EMMA along with a sound off with 2 catagories , one for kicker equiped cars and one for non kicker equiped cars again will be judged by EMMA. there is also a show and shine that has been sponsered by turtle wax and autoglym. should have a flyer on this later on so will post it up.

The kicker guys must be a afraid of us. Ha ha.

We are currently in final negotiations with the show organiser about this event.

AFAIK the event is sponsored in some way by Kicker, so they may want to have a "Kicker only" class as well as the normal SPL classes.
As soon as details of classes etc. are finalised I will advise you here.

Well its good that we have a show at a dealers for a change, maybe this will resurrect a bit of interest.

think ill be there as usual in novice class but still laughing @ "Kicker category" :D

same like put Mercedes A140 and SL AMG 55 together on track, both are mercs . ..
way to go organizers :D
im agree with the best Kicker install, but not SPL AND ... ..
if u make this show for usual ppl, demo car should NOT take part of the event ...
there should be different class for the dealers and companys ...
im not with Kicker anyway, so dont take my words so seriously, just my 2 cents ...

anyway if the Kicker demo car is so highly promoted, id like to see Irish record there, Polo result 5 y ago means nothing for me ... i got 190 db 10 y ago with my own db reader :D
so hopefully well see over 150 db result at this event :)

Are EMMA doing SQ at this event ?The Show organisers have asked us about the possibility of doing some basic SQ judging, however we will not have a full complement of judges at the event.
If we can arrange it, this will probably be along the lines of the SQ entry level class, for first time competitors only.

and all my respect to the car if that hits over 150 :)

il be there but not sure ill take part of the event or not ...
keyword is the "amplifiers" what are missing

seems i cant make it this time
civic and astra are provisionally sold, omega is not suitable for that and new car what i gonna buy this saturday isnt so good for the sound :msncry: but its fast enough to get a speeding ticket in few seconds lol
no time to fit the stuff into a new car anyway ...

but will be as a quest there and hopefully will be in the next event with better equipment and more suitable car :msnparty:
